The motot - witj an incorporated reduction unit - is couèled to a driving pin by means of two gears that reduce considerably the transmission of mechanical strain.
The cooking chamber is designed so as to reduce as far as possible heat transmission to the outer surface and to the compartment containing the electrical parts.
The heating elements of model TN 30 can be switched on in segments to adjust temperature, while model TN 30 plus is equipped with two independent power regulators to adjust the intensity of the upper and lower heating elements.
In addition, TN 30 plus is provided with a DC motor coupled to an electric control device ensuring endless speed adjustment and optimising toasting.
