Available in few versions with cooking plate in steel, steel with hard chrome coating and stainless steel – Single size plates are available in smooth or ribbed version, the double plates are available in smooth, ribbed or mixed version.
 
All the versions have a molded run to drain fats into the removable tray. Thanks to the shape and to the materials employed, the plates are very practical to use and easy to clean.

The Fry-Top and Hot Plates are equipped with on/off power switch, temperature regulator up to 300 º C and dual LED online status and Temperature control.
