Appliance made of stainless steel with fine satin-finish, ideal for cooking and kind of meat, fish and vegetables.
The stainless steel cooking plate is available with smooth or robbed surface, or with a combinations of both.
All versions are provided with a shaped groove around the edge where fats are collected and then fall into a pullout drip-tray.
This griddle plate is particularly easy to clean thanks to its particular shape and the materials employed.
The plate consists of two independent cooking surfaces and is equipped with an on/off switch, a thermostat reaching 300º C and double warning light for on/off and temperature control functions.
