Model FM 23-5S is equipped with a series of functions, comprising some functions which are particularly helpful for the operator, such as the automatic control according to the kind of food and its weight; furthermore, it is equipped with a grill and grants the possibility of combined cooking.
Model FM 25-5C has a capacity of 25 Lt, has further functions and the possibility of grilling and convection cookink with numerous power/temperature combinations.
