All models are equipped with digital temperature control and indipendent regulation of top and bottom heating.
Thanks to the many combinations available, the distribution of the heating in the cooking chamber is very easy and accurate.
Inner walls are made form aliminized steel and the cooking surface is in special refractory material.
The ovens are equipped with double walls having air space for a better heating circulation in the cooking chamber.
Outer structure insatin finish stainless steel, carefully insulated with ceramic fibre and mineral wool panels and is equipped with sheathed electric heating elements and inner lighting.
