Stainless steel appliance specifically designed to prepare Hot Dog consisting of a sausage steam heater and bread roll piercing heads.
The sausages are heated quickly by the stream produced from the boiling water contained in a Tefolon-coated aluminium vat.
Two stainless steel baskets protected by a pirex tube with lid are placed over the steam, one on top of the other.
The vat stands on a hot plate with temperature controlled by a power regulator from the control panel.
The bread roll piercing are fitted on the front of the aplliance and make a hole in the rolls, besides toasting them.
The heads consist of Teflon-coated aluminium tubes with sharp tips containing cartridge type heating elements.
Models TP40 and TP60 consiste of the piercing heads only.
